So lovely to meet you…

If you're here to transform people's lives and businesses, I know a few things about you.

You are great at what you do, and you have a big vision to change the world.
You have a track record of business success and you are ready to take your services to the next level.

But your life does not feel abundant.

You’re working way too hard. It’s not what you envisioned for your lifestyle as an entrepreneur.

Running your business is taking a toll on your body, mind and spirit.

Deep down, you know this pace is not sustainable.

I spent a portion of my career in corporate, where I facilitated strategic planning meetings, developed innovative community programming, and helped leaders develop new products and value-added programs.

A large part of my role was to help teams brainstorm and organize their ideas into creative solutions to business problems.

When I became an entrepreneur, I worked with clients 1:1 as a business strategist and leadership coach, supporting leaders of 7-figure professional services firms to reach their next level of growth.

More than likely, you've tried different strategies to get your life back.

Created a course to generate passive income...but it felt "off" or didn't sell well.

Invested in a fancy funnel, webinar or Facebook ads...but didn't attract high quality leads.

Hired a team...but spent more time "in the weeds" than when you did things on your own.

Started a fitness program...but abandoned it after a few weeks because you didn't have the time or energy.

Started a free community...but got drained going "live" every day and by the low engagement.

Worked on your mindset and developing yourself...but greater awareness has not moved the needle.

It’s as if all of your efforts just added more pressure, not less.

Your business can give you the lifestyle you want...without paying such a "high price" for success.

My work, and this website, is dedicated to helping successful, mission-driven overachievers like you to break the cycle of overworking and actually live the lifestyle you dreamed of having when you started your business.

Things were going along smoothly. I was making money and making a difference.

And then…it…happened.

I wanted something different.

I became passionate about supporting mission-driven women who wanted to do business differently – by collaborating, not competing – so we could all make great money while making a bigger difference.

I followed my passion and leaned into the shift.

At first, I was working purely from intuition. I could feel into what my female clients wanted…and provide it, without creating any content.

It felt freeing to be able to meet them exactly where they were, without a prescribed formula or having to produce lots of spreadsheets and detailed reports.

Then everything came crashing down.

My mother and my mother-in-law both became seriously ill at the same time.

My husband and I were running back and forth between our home in New York City, my mother’s home in central Connecticut, and the rehab center in Florida. Sometimes we were together. Sometimes we would “divide and conquer.”

I know the stress and pressure that comes with being a high level performer all too well.

As a child, I was a competitive figure skater, training 15-20 hours a week while going to school and trying to maintain a normal social life.

I was up at 4:30 a.m. every morning and ended most of my days at 10:00 p.m. Most weekends were spent in rinks or on the road heading to a competition.

At the age of 23, I worked directly with senior management of a Fortune 500 company. I wrote speeches for the president, handled the press and developed and oversaw a variety of community programs.

I moved around and climbed the corporate ladder, taking on a variety of marketing positions with increasing levels of responsibility. I worked long hours, and spent the majority of my time juggling complex projects, people and politics.

I kept getting sick and going to doctors. They’d prescribe antibiotics and tell me to take a few days off to rest.

I’d do it…but every time I’d go back to work, I’d wind up back where I started within a few weeks.

While working, I enrolled at Institute for Integrative Nutrition. For the first time in my life, I was exposed to different forms of self-care.

I started integrating simple practices into my day to clear and balance my energy, which kept me going for a while.

During the financial crisis of 2008-2009, I hit a wall.

I had completely burned out after years of pushing so hard.

Despite making lifestyle changes, my body was still a wreck. My sleep patterns were a mess. My social life outside of my husband had practically disappeared. My life was completely out of balance.

My schedule was dictated by the availability of doctors, social workers, and attorneys.

I was living out of hotel rooms and trying to manage it all.

I’d hop on the phone and coach for a few hours, change into coveralls to clean out my mother’s home, and then run to the hospital, or to meet with professionals involved with her care.

I didn’t have any systems set up in my business.

Since I relied on my intuition, my method for working with clients was undocumented. Hiring out was not an option.

I was exhausted.

In the little free time I had, I did not have the energy to market or grow my business.

I realized that I wanted to control my own destiny. To do that, I had to stop living my life by "default" and start living my life by design.

I was on the verge of going under.

I became obsessed with finding a better way to stay in the game, so that I could grow and thrive no matter what was in front of me.

One day while reading through emails, I stumbled upon an invitation to a live stream about masterminds.

I knew I had found my solution.

I joined a program and studied with a veteran in the mastermind space for several years.

I learned all that I could about how to design, facilitate, market and curate…

…and discovered that I had a gift for creating intimate, magical containers where women could thrive and get uncommon results.

I decided to shift my model and include leading masterminds and small group programs as part of my mix.

I struggled at first, and made plenty of mistakes as I learned how to put all of the puzzle pieces together.

Then the Universe presented me with an amazing opportunity.

I did some soul searching and knew I felt called to help people reach their potential.

I retrained as an Integral Coach® and started to build my business.

I hopped on airplanes and went to lots of live events. I enrolled in several large programs at once. I networked, tried all types of marketing tactics, and took a lot of advice from different mentors.

I started working with clients, and loved it! I’d ramp up…and then have trouble sustaining the pace.

I wondered why it felt no different than my corporate jobs.

I didn’t feel free. That’s because I didn’t know any other way to operate other than to burn the candle at both ends.

I was recommended by a peer for a role as a strategist/facilitator for a reputable program in the business coaching industry. I wasn’t sure where it would lead…but I found myself saying “yes…” and I went for it!

I facilitated 8 masterminds a month while coaching my own private clients.

Having my foot in both worlds allowed me to stabilize my income, deepen my skills, work through the kinks in my own process, and develop solutions that work – and that are simple to implement.

Whether you’re looking to get back in the game after a hiatus, want to create more consistency in your income, or are already successfully working with 1:1 clients and reaching a tipping point, I’ve got you covered.

Here’s to your next level!

One day, while preparing to re-enroll for a second year in a large program, it hit me.
I realized that in all of the “busy,” I lost sight of my own vision. I was building my business backwards.
To have a thriving business and the lifestyle I wanted, I had to simplify.

Get Back To Basics

Tune in and reconnect with what I really wanted.
I made a commitment to hit “pause” for a few months.
I attended to my physical body and learned to calibrate my energy.
Then re-designed my business so it would deliver the lifestyle I wanted.
And integrated my business into my life, instead of living my life completely around my business.

It changed everything.

Since then, I have…
…Lost 40 pounds
…Made better business decisions and investments
…Unhooked from being “busy” and learned to be productive, with purpose
…Attracted higher quality clients…
…Bought a lake house in Vermont…
…Re-ignited the spark in my marriage
…Strengthened my intuition…and
…Learned how to relax and enjoy life.

Your life and business can blossom, too. And it can happen quickly, without being complicated.

Let me show you how.

On a More Personal Note…

I designed my first program at age 11…

…when I was a competitive figure skater. 🙂

I selected the music, created the choreography, and worked with a seamstress to custom-design the dress.

I love to travel.

I’ve been to more than 20 different countries, and have a long list of places I aspire to go.

I deeply believe that travel fosters a deeper personal connection to all forms of life on our planet…and teaches us about how to coexist with humility and respect.

About Lee Murphy Wolf

Some of the most impactful trips I’ve taken so far, from a personal evolution standpoint, were Iceland, India and Panama.

I love the laptop lifestyle.

When I’m not traveling I divide my time between St. Petersburg, Florida and Lake St. Catherine in Vermont.

Both environments are so rich…both give me something vital that fills my heart and feeds my soul.

I love to play and engage with the world…

I believe that being human is a textured and sensual experience.

For me, that gets expressed in trying new things.

Whether it’s tasting new foods, immersing myself in nature or slapping acrylic paint on paper, there’s always a new adventure to be had.

My husband and my brother are my best friends.

If you follow me on Facebook, more than likely you’ve seen snaps of me with my “two favorite guys…” my husband, Mark, and my brother, Justin.

Although my brother lives in London and we live in the States, the three of us speak weekly. We love to collaborate, creatively resolve problems, and celebrate our professional and personal successes together.

I’m grateful for the miracle of technology so we can bridge the miles and spend quality time together regularly.
