I know first-hand the energetic, mindset and spiritual shifts it takes to step into your higher, more aligned purpose. 

For years, I struggled with feeling disconnected, ungrounded and unfulfilled, even though my life and business looked great from the outside. On the surface I had it all: a great apartment in New York City, a loving husband, wonderful clients, amazing travel, and financial abundance.

But on the inside, I felt like I was being broken wide open.

I had this nagging feeling that I just couldn’t shake: the feeling that I knew I was meant for more. And yet, the idea of making big personal and professional shifts felt risky. I kept wondering if I was being selfish, or if I was crazy to want something different, or what would happen to my marriage and other important personal relationships. 

I tried so many things to get clarity – coaches, healers, programs, retreats, meditation, courses – at a huge cost emotionally and financially. The more I tried to get clear, the more disconnected and confused I ended up.

And then it hit me: I’m looking outside of myself for the answers.
This is an inside job. 

One day during an Akashic Record reading, in a moment of complete surrender and on the brink of despair, I asked my Guides, “What am I to learn from this?” 

Their answer, “… work with tuning forks.” I had never heard a tuning fork before, and I didn’t know anyone who used them. It seemed so random and out of left field.

I KNEW I had to try it.

Working with tuning forks was the catalyst for the breakthrough I needed.

The more I worked with them, the lighter and clearer I became.

I started to unwind the energetic and mindset patterns that were keeping me stuck, seeking permission from others and playing it safe, quickly, and with very little effort.

I could hear my own wisdom and began to trust myself again.

That unshakeable self-trust gave me the grounding, clarity and confidence to follow my inner wisdom, stay on my path and transform my life and business in ways I could never have imagined.
